You can elect to disable both of these pages in your profile, in which case no information will be public aside from public comments you post in Yurtcozy forums.

We will soon launch a public registry of all emission reductions purchased and sold through Yurtcozy in order to meet industry standard practices of transparency in carbon accounting. We reserve the right to display your carbon credit transaction(s) on our carbon credit registry. If you do not wish to be identified by name on Yurtcozy’s public carbon credit registry, please be certain to set your privacy settings accordingly when the registry goes live. To edit your privacy settings, log into the website and select the "Keep my profile private" box in the lower left corner.

We may also ask for personal information when you contact our customer service department. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.

Once you have purchased carbon credits from Yurtcozy, this information is stored securely in our databases.
